Biography

Sarah Alice is an Australian singer-songwriter with a passion for expressing emotion through music and inspiring others with her story. Her major influences are Missy Higgins, Ed Sheeran, Newton Faulkner and Delta Goodrem, and her sound is a combination of these influences plus her own flair. Sarah uses heartfelt lyrics, catchy riffs and a sweet vocal tone to capture and inspire audiences of all ages.

Sarah completed a Bachelor of Music (Contemporary Performance) at JMC Academy, Brisbane in January 2014, during which time her gigging career kicked off. Sarah now performs at venues all over Brisbane and surrounds including cafes, breweries and restaurants.

In October 2022, Sarah released her debut studio single, Enough. This was followed by Float which released in April 2023. In 2013 Sarah independently produced and released her debut album, Reflection, and her debut music video, Don't Let the Chain Break.

Born in Canberra and raised in Brisbane, Australia, Sarah’s interest in the Arts was obvious from when she was very young. At the age of 5 she enrolled in piano lessons, with the addition of singing, dancing and acting lessons later on in her life. When she was 13, Sarah began to teach herself acoustic guitar, and from that point her songwriting journey began.
